• Number and Type of Tickets (Adult, Child, Toddler)
• Meal Selections (Vegetarian, Non-Vegetarian, Kids Meal)
• Payment Method (Stripe, eTransfer, Cash) – we do not store credit card details
• Any additional information required to complete your order or communicate with you

How We Use Your Information:

• To process your ticket order
• To issue confirmations, receipts, and updates
• To manage attendance, meals, and event logistics
• To contact you for event-related matters
• To comply with safety, fraud-prevention, or financial reporting obligations

Data Storage & Protection: Your personal information is stored securely and is accessible only to authorized event organizers. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties except:

• Payment Processors (e.g., Stripe) for secure payment handling
• Service Providers assisting with ticketing or communications
• As required by law

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your data.

Your Rights: Under Canadian and Ontario privacy laws, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.

2. Disclosure

By purchasing a ticket through TMS, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Your name and ticket details may appear on internal attendee lists.
• Your meal selections and ticket counts are used strictly for event planning.
• Photos or videos may be taken at the event for community purposes. To opt out, notify an organizer.
• Payment information processed through Stripe is handled directly by Stripe according to their security standards.

We operate in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and relevant Ontario privacy guidelines.

3. Disclaimer

• TMS is a tool for managing ticket purchases and event attendance.
• We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee error-free operation or uninterrupted service.
• Meal options are based on your selection; allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed.
• Event details may change without prior notice.
• Payments made via Stripe, eTransfer, or Cash are final unless otherwise stated in the event’s refund policy.
• We are not responsible for technical issues or transaction errors outside our control.

4. Event Waiver & Release of Liability

By purchasing a ticket and/or attending an event managed through TMS, you agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk: You understand that attending any event involves inherent risks, including injury, illness, allergic reactions, or property damage.

2. Health & Safety: You agree to follow all organizer and venue safety instructions. You are responsible for supervising any minors you bring to the event.

3. Food & Allergens: Meals are prepared by third-party providers. Dietary restrictions must be communicated directly to event organizers. Allergen-free preparation cannot be guaranteed.

4. Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by Ontario law, you release event organizers, volunteers, and affiliates from any liability arising from your participation or consumption of food provided.

5. Photography/Media: You consent to photo or video use for community purposes unless you inform an organizer otherwise.

6. Refunds & Cancellations: All ticket sales follow the event’s posted refund policy. No liability is assumed for cancellations due to weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
